Quality is not just what one puts in the products, but one gets out of the products. United Industry has adopted the most up-to-date technology for manufacturing, processing and quality control. Our Quality Teams are responsible for quality assurance, that formed by respective representatives including the authorized in-house QC, Engineers, Technicians, and production. They are given specials training for execution of the high quality standard inspection in accordance with the below procedures,


(1) From purchase of Yarn up to Finished Product & this is being managed & operated by professionals & skilled labour.


(2) The Yarn is being procured from Mills producing high quality yarn made from superior cotton. Weaving is being constantly monitored to ensure quality,


(3) Sizes, weights, reed/picks & designs are strictly in accordance with Customer needs.


(4) Special Dyeing/Bleaching process is adopted to ensure colors are bright and high level of softness & absorbency is achieved. High quality Chemicals & Dyes are being used & Imported from Sandoz/Clariant of Switzerland.


(5) Finishing & Tumbling processes are applied on Towels to achieve fluffy & volumous finish. After Dyeing, Inspection of fabric is being conducted to ensure color matching, softness & hand feel meet Order requirements.


(6) Cutting, Sewing & confection is being done on latest Machines in line with International Standards.


(7) Final Inspection is being done 2 times in separate departments & by different personnel’s to ensure highest Grading levels. 2nd & ‘B’ quality goods are separated and only ‘A’ grades with perfect quality standards are shipped to the Customers

The on-line monitoring system for looms makes possible round-the-clock data acquisition for monitoring the efficiency and production in the loom shed. Regular data collection at different stages helps to keep track of the product quality as it passes through various processes.
